Terms

The order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. If something is out of stock after you have ordered, we cancel and refund in full rather than substituting.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include tax where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel an unpaid order from the order page until it is packed. After that, and for paid orders, message us and we will do what we can.

Returns

Seven days from delivery, unread and undamaged. See Delivery and returns.

Discount codes

One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes can be withdrawn at any time and have no cash value.
