Delivery and returns

Cost

Flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Free over Rs 2,500.

Time

Two to four working days for most cities. Remote areas can take a week.

Returns

Seven days from delivery. The book must be unread and undamaged. We refund the book price in full; delivery is not refunded unless the book arrived damaged.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost.

Cancelling

You can cancel an unpaid order yourself from the order page, right up until we start packing it. After that, message us.

Refunds

Card, JazzCash and Easypaisa refunds go back to the account you paid from within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders that are returned are refunded by bank transfer or Easypaisa.
