What we keep

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can send you the books and tell you where they are. If you have an account, we keep your order history and any addresses you have used.

Payments

We never see or store card numbers. Card payments happen on the provider’s own page; we keep only their reference for the transaction.

Messages

We email and message you about orders you have placed. You can switch either off in your account, and we honour that.

Who else sees it

The courier gets your name, address and phone so they can deliver. The payment provider gets what it needs to take the payment. Nobody else, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

Cookies

One session cookie so your bag and your sign-in survive between pages, and your light-or-dark preference stored in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your data

Write to us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it. Order records we are required to keep for tax stay, with the rest removed.
